Description
Position Summary:
Work closely with Business Account Managers and leads Account Coordinators to execute product initiatives as well as ensure all processes are documented, administered and quality work is being delivered on time and as requested under the direction of the Director of Campus.
This position is responsible for the process, administration and execution of the client analysis and recommendation report for the campus team on client campaigns. Responsibilities include client and program audits, in EC admin, EC site, and regular audits of the mapping engine.  
Sales force administration: Sales force administrator on reports, new initiatives, and unified corporate Sales force knowledge expert.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Identify and manage report discrepancies and communicate suggested solutions to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Assist in the documentation of best practices and training materials for campus sales team as directed by the Director of Campus business
  • Coordinate regularly with the technology team, monitoring status of campus team queue, ensure all client requests are addressed to reduce minimize rejections and oversee all aspects of campaign launches
  • Audit and verify all client data relevant to schools and campaign performance is accurately uploaded to data warehouse specifically related to, scrubs, enrollments, applications, working closely with Eddy operations team to ensure  
  • Audit reporting for campus regularly to ensure reports are accurate identifying/ recommending any new reporting needs that may be required for campus growth
  • Collaborate with lead verification team to monetize scrubs
  • Lead responsible for campus client analysis reporting and documentation
  • Assist the campus team with organizing information on their prospecting efforts
  • Assist campus team with Salesforce maintenance and documentation,
  • Periodically help campus director create sales training materials for the weekly campus sales meetings
  • Project manage coordinator tasks and responsibilities to coordinator team
  • Assist in the creation and documentation of best practices and training manual for campus sales team
  • Other duties as directed by management
Education & Other Skills/Requirements:
 
  • Required:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years’ work experience
  • Must have proven track record of success in a  B2B sales environment
  • Previous sales and account management experience a plus
  • Negotiation skills, contract management, strong communication and presentation skills
  • Must be an independent self-starter with a sense of urgency
  • Proficient in Excel (mid-level to advanced greatly desired), Word (advanced), Outlook (basic to advanced), and Microsoft Project (basic)
 
Travel:  As needed / approx. 10-15% per yearly
